iframeWhen presented with the challenge of fitting in a kitchen to the exisitng coffee shop the owners had some real challenges. The kitchen exhaust was to be at street level and local regulations are not in favour of this. The main issues were grease and odour from the cooking equipment and it was important to ensure that there was no nuisance factor for the residents above the tenancy or those using the footpath. Eco Guardians were approached by Geoff from Southern Architectural Stainless to assist with a solution. We provided two Xtract 2100 units to deal with the odours and six Veritech FC5010 cartridge filters to deal with the grease. The council and mechanical consultants were happy and the project was able to proceed.

The chef is also delighted with the Veritech filters which he and his staff maintain themselves.
