As part of the corporate program to reduce their environmental footprint, the MCG implemented the Eco Guardians SoilFood™ System, enabling them to repurpose leftover food from stadium events and clippings from the famous turf. The SoilFood™ System has been added to a suite of green initiatives within the market in an effort to lessen their environmental footprint."

The SoilFood™ System has allowed the South Melbourne Market to divert up to 1.2 tonnes of food waste each day, reducing both their greenhouse gas emissions and leachate creation. Healthshare NSW

Healthshare NSW

HealthShare NSW are Australia’s largest public-sector shared-service provider who provide care for more than one million patients every year. Taking care of this volume of patients naturally generates large volumes of food scraps, and with NSW having the country’s highest landfill levy, managing this cost is vital for the organisation.

Eco Guardians provided SoilFood™  Systems to introduce food waste repurposing at a key metropolitan and a regional site. Staff have welcomed the units and found them easy to integrate into their existing waste practices.
